Art Workshop

We welcome 6th through 8th grade grade students to join us for a middle school art workshop! These workshops give students the opportunity to learn from and work with visiting artists-in-residence from the New York Academy of Art. All levels of experience are welcome, and each student will receive individualized feedback and instruction. Additionally, all supplies are provided, and students will eat lunch in WNA's Frank D. Brown Dining Hall. Participation is free, but registration is required.

Join us on Saturday, March 2, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. to create your own masterpiece with our winter artist-in-residence, Caleb Booth! Caleb is a painter and sculptor who has been working with WNA students on 3D art. During the art workshop, students will work with Caleb to create a plaster sculpture using a variety of techniques. The final product will be painted and can be taken home at the end of the workshop. Participants in the art workshop will also have a chance to visit Caleb's art studio to see some of his recent work.
